UnityDeck Table
For restaurants, bars and hotels

Turn waiting time into the best part of the meal.

Guests scan the code on their table and start playing together while they wait. No app. No account. Nothing for your staff to explain.

The problem

The fifteen minutes before the food arrives.

Everyone at the table reaches for their phone, and the conversation stops. It is the one part of the evening a restaurant cannot cook its way out of.

UnityDeck uses the same phones to do the opposite. One question appears, everyone answers, and then people look up.

You put the holders out

We send table holders with your table numbers and a permanent code. You place them. That is the whole installation.

Guests scan and play

The code opens your restaurant's own page, in your colours. They pick who they are with, one person starts, the others join with a four digit code.

The food arrives

They press pause, eat, and pick it up again between courses. Nobody has to finish anything before the plates land.

The games

Built for people who are already sitting together.

Not trivia. Every game is designed so the phone asks something and the table answers out loud.

Most Likely To

Who at this table is most likely to order dessert after saying they are full?

Everyone votes in secret. The reveal is a bar chart, and it is usually followed by someone defending themselves.

Read the Table

Answer first, then guess what everyone else chose.

Points go to whoever reads the group best, not whoever has the right opinion. That distinction is what starts the argument.

Table Talk

One question at a time, out loud, no points at all.

Starts light and gets deeper as the evening goes on. Works for two, which makes it the one couples stay with.

Try it

Open it at your own table, right now.

This is a real demo table. Open it on your phone, hand the code to whoever is sitting with you, and play a round. It takes about three minutes to understand why it works.

Best with two or three people at the same table.

Pricing

One price per venue. Not per table.

The table holders are a one off. The subscription can be cancelled at any time, and your codes keep working if you do.

Questions

What restaurant owners ask first.

What do my staff have to do?

Nothing. They do not install anything, explain anything or hand anything out. The holder sits on the table and the guest decides whether to scan it.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. The code opens a web page. There is no app, no account and no email address to give. A nickname is the only thing a guest types.

Will it look like my restaurant or like yours?

From Silver upwards it looks like yours. Your logo, your colours and your own welcome message, with no UnityDeck branding in front of the guest.

What happens when the food arrives?

There is a pause button on every screen. The game waits. Guests pick it up between courses or leave it, and nothing is lost either way.

Is it suitable for families?

You choose the content level for your venue. A family restaurant and a late night bar do not get the same questions, and nothing beyond your chosen level is ever shown.

What if I cancel?

Your table holders keep working. The codes are permanent and are not tied to the subscription, so guests still get a working page rather than an error.

How long does it take to get started?

The software is ready the same day. The only wait is producing your table holders, which depends on how many tables you have.

Next step

Put it on one table and watch what happens.

We are looking for a small number of venues to run this properly before we open it up. If that sounds like yours, get in touch.
